Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Client Services Specialist in Ireland to provide frontline support, analyze and resolve customer issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction across customers and partners. Responsibilities

Ensure Autodesk customers have immediate access to software products and troubleshoot access issues.
Communicate with customers/partners via phone, chat, and email.
Maintain high customer/partner satisfaction and respond to support requests.
Handle order processing and inquiries related to presales, sign-in, license fulfilment, and other requests.
Provide information on Autodesk Account features and conduct training sessions remotely.
Act as SME on Autodesk policies, processes, and tools.
Assist partner enablement and training, and participate in service reviews.
Create and modify knowledge base content for internal and external users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient service solutions.
