Job summary

Teleflex, a global medical technology provider, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage orders and queries from Benelux customers. Build strong relationships to maximise sales with support from Teleflex resources.

You will process orders via phone, fax or post, resolve stock and delivery issues, invoices, and literature requests. Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing, report monthly activity, and collaborate with sales on quotes and product information.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French or Dutch with strong English communication skills.
• Leaving Certificate level or equivalent; business or related qualification.
• Several years in a fast-moving customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and professional telephone manner.
• Experience in a multinational environment encouraged; SAP SD exposure desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all orders and queries from Benelux customers.
• Maintain long-term relationships to maximise sales growth.
• Process orders received via telephone, fax, or post promptly.
• Handle stock, deliveries, invoices, and literature requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate product issues as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing for deliveries/returns.
• Act as contact for designated key accounts and report monthly activity.
• Liaise with sales on quotes, inquiries, and product information.
• Ensure adherence to Teleflex Quality Management system.
