Job summary

Teleflex Incorporated is seeking a customer service professional to manage orders and queries for Benelux customers, building long-term relationships and maximizing sales growth with Teleflex resources.

You will ensure Teleflex remains a preferred supplier in medical devices while coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to meet deadlines and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French or Dutch with strong English communication.
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent; business or related degree.
• Several years in fast-moving customer service, preferably in a multinational setting.
• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
• SAP SD experience desirable; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process orders received via telephone, fax, or post promptly and accurately.
• Handle customer queries on orders, stock, deliveries, invoices, literature, and samples.
• Address customer complaints and escalate product complaints as needed.
• Maintain liaison with warehouse and purchasing to coordinate deliveries and returns.
• Act as main contact for designated key accounts and report monthly activity.
• Coordinate with sales for quotations and product information; process daily invoicing and billing corrections.
• Manage returns in accordance with company policy; general administration.

Position Summary

Manage all orders and queries from our Benelux customers. Help build and maintain a strong long-term relationship with our Benelux based Team and customers to maximise sales growth with the assistance of all appropriate resources within Teleflex. Ensure Teleflex is always positioned as a key Preferred supplier within the medical devices space.

Principal Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring all orders received via telephone, fax, post, etc. are processed accurately and promptly upon receipt.
• Ensure that all customer queries order queries, stock situation, deliveries, invoices, product queries, literature & sample requests, etc. are handled and resolved satisfactorily.
• Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with upon receipt and resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Ensure all product complaints are escalated to the appropriate department.
• Maintain regular contact with the warehouse and purchasing dept. to coordinate deliveries, returns, etc.
• Act as principle contact person for designated key accounts. Report to management on the monthly activity and involvement with these accounts.
• Liaise with the sales force on a regular basis as regards quotations, orders, product queries, and general information from customers.
• Process daily invoicing.
• Process billing corrections on time and in accordance with the company policy.
• Process returns from the customer on time and in accordance with the company policy
• General Administration work
• Adhere to the Teleflex Quality Management system.
• Involvement in special projects as required.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Fluency in both French or Dutch, alongside strong English communication skills, are essential for this role.
• Education to Leaving Certificate level (or similar). Business or other relevant 3rd level qualification
• desirable
• A number of years’ experience of working in a fast-moving customer service environment preferably
• within a multinational environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• SAP SD user level experience desirable but not necessary as full training is given.
• A self-starter / "Can do" approach and attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within multi-cultural team towards strict deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
• Flexibility -willingness to help other colleagues to meet deadlines.
