As BDR Team Lead you will recruit, onboard and coach a demo-booking team, own targets, KPI reporting in HubSpot and ensure a smooth BDR-to-AE handover.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations, maintain ICP lists, and uphold GDPR/PECR compliance, with clear career progression.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales development.
• 1+ year of team leadership or coaching.
• Experience with HubSpot including sequences and dashboards.
• Strong data, forecasting and funnel metrics skills.
• GDPR/PECR compliance understanding.

Aufgaben

• Build, coach and manage outbound demo-booking team.
• Own targets for demo bookings across product portfolio.
• Manage activity KPIs and funnel conversion.
• Define ICP and maintain target account lists for UK & Ireland.
• Oversee data sourcing, enrichment and GDPR compliance.
• Own BDR reporting suite in HubSpot.
