Job summary

Hawksmoor Dublin is seeking a Bar Assistant General Manager to own the bar operation end to end, reporting to the General Manager and leading the bar team with creativity, commercial awareness and leadership. This isn’t a whole venue AGM role, but carries real weight in driving guest experience and financial performance on the floor.

You will manage stock, training and service standards, collaborate with senior leadership to grow the business, and uphold Hawksmoor standards and values while

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bar Manager or senior Assistant Bar Manager in a quality venue.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the bar team to deliver confident, consistent service.
• Own day-to-day bar operations, quality and standards.
• Drive drinks quality, product knowledge and presentation.
• Manage stock control, ordering and margins.
• Train and develop bartenders and head bartenders.
• Be a visible presence on the floor and behind the bar during service.
• Work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team to drive commercial performance and business growth.
