Job summary

Hawksmoor Dublin is seeking a Bar Assistant General Manager to own the bar operation end to end, reporting to the General Manager and leading the bar team with creativity, commercial awareness and leadership. This isn’t a whole venue AGM role, but carries real weight in driving guest experience and financial performance on the floor.

As our Bar Assistant General Manager at Hawksmoor Dublin, you'll own the bar operation end to end — reporting directly to the General Manager while running the bar as your domain. This isn't a whole venue AGM role, but it carries real weight as you'll lead the team, set the standard and be accountable for the bar's performance in every sense. That means tracking and driving measurable improvement in guest experience and financial performance, making an impact you can see in the numbers and feel on the floor.
