Hawksmoor Dublin seeks a General Manager Designate to lead daily operations in a high-volume steak restaurant in central Dublin. You will work closely with the General Manager to uphold Hawksmoor standards, coach staff and ensure guests receive outstanding hospitality from welcome to farewell.

You will be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor, drive service excellence, manage table flow and coordinate with kitchen, bar and reservations teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.

• Experienced as a GM in a high-volume, quality restaurant

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Manager in leading daily operations and delivering Hawksmoor standards of service and hospitality
• Coach, motivate and develop the team to create memorable guest experiences
• Be a visible, hands‑on leader on the floor, ensuring smooth service from start to finish
• Help drive commercial performance through service excellence, table management and local relationships
• Work closely with kitchen, bar and reservations teams to ensure seamless coordination across services
• Assist with team recruitment, training and onboarding
