Hawksmoor Dublin is hiring a Bar Manager to lead the bar operation with senior leadership support. You will deliver exceptional drinks, mentor the bar team and drive guest experience while maintaining Hawksmoor standards.

This senior, hands‑on role blends creativity, commercial awareness and team development to ensure the bar remains a world‑class, guest‑focused venue. You will collaborate with the General Manager and leadership to grow performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bar Manager or strong Assistant Bar Manager in a quality venue.
• Passionate about drinks, service and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the bar team to deliver confident, consistent service.
• Oversee day‑to‑day bar operations and standards.
• Drive drinks quality, product knowledge and presentation.
• Manage stock control, ordering and margins.
• Train and develop bartenders and head bartenders.
• Be a visible presence on the floor and behind the bar during service.
• Contribute to commercial performance and business growth.
