Job summary

Google LLC in Ireland seeks an Account Strategist for SBS Engage covering the Baltics (Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian). You will deliver revenue growth, build client relationships, and manage a portfolio of SMBs across the Baltics with a focus on performance marketing and Google Ads optimization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years in digital advertising or related field, plus fluency in Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media, or a digital marketing role.
Ability to communicate in Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian fluently, to manage client relationships in the region.

Responsibilities

Deliver against ambitious quarterly revenue and product growth targets.
Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and conduct regular phone consultations and sales pitches with clients to advise them on how to get the best return on their Google Ads investment.
Manage a portfolio of small businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievement
Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business & marketing objectives
