Job summary

Google Ireland is seeking an Account Strategist for SBS Engage within Google Customer Solutions to drive growth in the Baltics market. You will nurture client relationships, craft data-driven growth strategies, and translate business needs into scalable Google Ads solutions.

As part of the GCS team, you’ll engage with SMBs, deliver impact-driven campaigns, and contribute to revenue growth while aligning with company objectives and regional priorities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media, or a digital marketing role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against quarterly business and product growth goals.
• Establish relationships via phone calls or email marketing and conduct consultations to advise on ROI from Google Ads investments.
• Manage a portfolio of small businesses and build quarterly growth plans.
• Drive customer growth by delivering a strong customer experience and achieving marketing objectives.
