Job summary

Retail-FCL in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a motivated B2B telesales specialist to identify, engage, and develop relationships with high-street retailers, SMEs, and commercial partners by phone and email.

You will drive revenue through warm leads, handle merchant queries, manage targeted e-shot campaigns, and ensure accurate data uploads to support Sales and Marketing teams. This role requires a minimum 1 year in B2B sales and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B telesales or lead generation experience.
• Self-motivated with ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel skills for auditing geographic data and leads.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Engagement: Contact potential and existing commercial customers to present services.
• Outbound Pipeline Generation: Achieve 50-80 outbound dials per day to source opportunities.
• Digital Sales Enablement: Enroll targeted leads into automated email workflows to warm prospects.
• Qualification & Handover: Conduct discovery calls and pass qualified opportunities to senior executives.
• Consultative Script Adherence: Handle inbound queries and objections regarding services and security.
• CRM & Data Integrity: Log and track merchant profiles and interactions in the CRM.
• Activity Reporting: Provide daily and weekly sales activity reports to Head of Sales.
