Kelco Communications in Galway is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to help SMEs stay connected and competitive. You will identify opportunities, build lasting client relationships and present Vodafone solutions to close deals.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in telecoms is a bonus but not required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business within the SME market.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and deliver Vodafone solutions.
• Present a full suite of products (mobile, broadband, IoT, etc.).
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
