Job summary

Virgin Media Ireland is seeking a Service Delivery Executive to coordinate B2B projects involving fixed line, WiFi, and connectivity services. You will act as the primary contact, manage timelines, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across multiple projects and stakeholders.

The role requires strong project coordination skills, customer relationship building, and experience in telecom/operational environments.

Qualifications

• Project Management/ Coordination or Service Delivery experience.
• Qualification in Business Studies or Project management or relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of WiFi technologies and deployment of WiFi solutions is preferred
• Experience working in a Telecom/Operational environment is desired
• Strong Operational Administration experience
• Experience interacting with customers and building relationships
• Proactive and resourceful mindset, seeking improvements

Responsibilities

• Deliver B2B customer solutions/projects within specific timelines.
• Act as primary contact once a project is assigned and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with management companies and landlords for way-leave applications.
• Coordinate with engineering to plan installs and set dates.
• Coordinate with planning on third-party construction and cabling contractors.
• Liaise with third-party carriers and suppliers to ensure service delivery.
• Track issues and propose solutions with relevant teams.
• Act as a service delivery advocate prioritising speed of delivery.
• Produce weekly updates, reports and project status updates.
• Create handover documents for customers and assist Business Customer Support teams.
