Job summary

Virgin Media Ireland is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead to orchestrate delivery of complex technology programs across multiple domains. You will govern technical projects, manage integration risks, and ensure delivery excellence with engineering teams and external partners.

The role involves procurement support, contract creation, and disciplined governance with SAFe/Agile practices; you will coordinate with PMO, QA, and operations across Dublin and Limerick sites, driving measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technical delivery programs.
• Strong system integration and software lifecycle knowledge.
• Proven stakeholder management and vendor governance.
• SAFe/Agile methodologies expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance forums for technical delivery teams to align with strategic objectives.
• Manage complex technical project risk, traceability, and deployment planning across release trains.
• Oversee partner delivery performance against SLAs and contractual obligations; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to draft and negotiate partner contracts; define SOWs.
• Coordinate across engineering, QA, and operations; manage escalations during release cutovers.
