With 5 years of B2B pharma marketing experience, the candidate will excel in brand, content, and digital marketing, coordinating cross-functional teams, campaigns, and events while leveraging marketing automation, CRM, and analytics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
5 years in B2B marketing, preferably pharma/biotech/healthcare.
Strong brand, content and digital marketing knowledge.
Experience with marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Execute and implement B2B marketing strategies aligned with growth and lead generation.
Develop marketing content with SMEs and external agencies.
Oversee content review and governance workflows.
Plan and track GTM campaigns including email outreach and customer engagement.
Coordinate conference and event marketing activities and sponsorships.
Manage third-party marketing agencies and media placements.
Own content calendar and asset management process.
Monitor marketing performance and budget utilization, delivering insights.
