Job summary

Viatris in Ireland is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive the strategic and tactical marketing plans for iconic brands and new products. You will create compelling marketing materials, ensure effective channel distribution and lead customer journeys and engagement programs.

You will manage KPIs, monitor ROI and lead the marketing team to deliver business priorities across multiple therapeutic areas in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership, communication and networking skills.
• Experience managing multiple products across therapeutic areas.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic future vision for Viatris brands in the Irish market.
• Launch new products in Ireland with strategic and tactical plans.
• Create marketing materials and ensure channel distribution.
• Implement customer journeys and engagement programmes.
• Lead KPIs, evaluate campaigns and ROI; supervise marketing team.
