Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded Brand Manager to join a growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious marketer looking to develop their career within the healthcare, OTC and beauty sectors.
The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of brand strategies across a portfolio of OTC and beauty brands, helping to drive brand awareness, market growth and commercial performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to marketing initiatives across retail, pharmacy and key customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of marketing plans for a portfolio of OTC and beauty brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the delivery of trade marketing activities, including point-of-sale materials, promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Partner with the sales team to develop tailored marketing initiatives for key pharmacy and retail accounts.
- Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR and experiential channels.
- Support the planning and execution of new product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.
- Work with internal and external agencies to deliver effective digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse market trends and recommend opportunities for brand growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Represent the business at relevant industry events, exhibitions and trade shows when required.
Experience & Qualifications
- Up to 3 years' experiencein a Brand Executive, Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Manager or similar marketing role, ideally within healthcare, pharmacy, beauty or FMCG.
- A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in brand development, consumer marketing and commercial growth.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Commercially aware with an understanding of how marketing supports sales and business growth.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using digital marketing platforms considered an advantage.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
