Job summary

Prosperity seeks an experienced SEO, GEO & Digital Growth Manager to own search visibility across multiple brands. You will develop content, manage social channels and outbound activity, driving inbound leads and measurable performance across SEO, GEO, content and paid channels.

The role spans keyword research, technical SEO, content creation and performance reporting, with responsibility for multiple websites.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in SEO or growth marketing.
• Proven record of improving organic visibility.
• Experience with GEO and AI-search optimization.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge.
• Hands-on WordPress experience.
• Proficient in GA4 & Google Search Console.
• Familiar with Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Excellent written English and B2B content ability.
• Experience with LinkedIn and B2B prospecting.
• Ability to manage multiple brands/websites.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO strategy and execution across multiple websites.
• Manage technical SEO, on-page optimization and content-driven growth.
• Improve visibility across Google and AI-driven search platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and technical audits.
• Develop and maintain GEO and AI-search optimization approach.
• Research and write high-quality financial-services content.
• Create SEO- and GEO-focused articles for qualified traffic.
• Repurpose long-form content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram and more.
• Manage LinkedIn pages, content calendars and engagement.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify prospects.
• Develop and test B2B outreach campaigns.
• Plan and manage social content across LinkedIn, X and Instagram.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns with targeting optimization.
• Identify backlinks and digital PR opportunities.
• Track rankings, traffic, AI visibility, and lead-gen metrics.
• Produce concise monthly performance reporting.
