Ascension Executive Recruitment seeks a commercially focused Digital Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy, digital presence and lead generation activities. This hybrid role requires hands-on execution of CRM-driven campaigns, content creation and data-driven insights to drive growth.

The role emphasizes marketing automation, AI-enabled analytics, and collaboration with sales, technical and service teams to maximise ROI and market presence in a B2B context.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in a digital marketing, demand generation or marketing management role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms to build targeted campaigns and track performance.
• Hands-on experience managing email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, website content and SEO initiatives.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms to generate marketing insights.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned to business objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, supplier management, expenditure control and ROI reporting.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, product recognition and customer engagement.
• Work closely with supplier marketing teams to align campaigns and maximise marketing opportunities.
• Develop and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO and paid digital channels.
• Deliver targeted drip-feed campaigns to strengthen market awareness and support lead generation.
• Generate and nurture qualified leads through data-driven marketing initiatives.
• Continually optimise campaigns through testing, analytics and customer insight.
