Job summary

eTeam in Ireland is seeking a Content Marketing Senior Analyst to drive demand through organic search and digital content. You will work with the digital marketing team, aligning with local demand generation, and you should be passionate about SEO and writing with an analytical mindset.

You will own the local SEO and AEO strategy, manage the SEO agency, collaborate with Web Producers to keep top pages relevant and high converting, analyze performance, and lead projects using Semrush, WordPress,

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated business impact.
• Fluency in English and either Italian or Spanish.
• Deep understanding of several digital channels, and experience creating and optimising content.
• Proven project management skills and strong attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Semrush (or an equivalent SEO tool), Google platforms (GA4, Search Console) and AI tools such as Claude.
• Test-and-learn mindset with ideation, testing and measuring results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting complex ideas to stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate and deliver in a heavily matrixed environment.
