Job summary

Zoom is seeking a senior SEO leader to own organic and AI search strategy across four regions, driving pipeline growth. You will run technical audits, guide content briefs, and partner with web, product, and revenue teams to implement plans.

The role is hybrid with on-site presence in Dublin 2 days per week and requires strong English writing, regional intent understanding, and pipeline accountability.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in SEO or organic growth, with at least two years owning results for a B2B software business.
• Hands-on technical SEO experience across crawl/indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and hreflang for multi-market sites.
• Understanding of how AI answer engines source and cite content and what can be measured.
• Experience connecting organic traffic to pipeline in HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong writing in English and ability to edit content to a brand voice.
• Experience presenting organic performance data to senior leaders and adjusting strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define the organic and AI search strategy for four regions, establishing pipeline targets with leadership and Revenue Operations.
• Determine topics, buyer questions, and priorities by region, mapping search intent to pages and formats across the buyer journey.
• Lead internationalisation of the Workvivo website with language, local search intent, hreflang, and coverage per region.
• Own the measurement model for organic and AI-referred traffic and deliver monthly pipeline reports to leadership.
• Run technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site speed, structured data, and international setup; drive fixes with web/engineering teams.
• Write or brief pages that answer buyer questions directly and edit content to a consistent brand voice.
• Monitor presence in AI answer engines and address gaps via content, structured data, and third-party coverage.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, partner marketing, and communications to ensure leads are correctly scored and routed in HubSpot/Salesforce.
