Job summary

Dentsu Iprospect in Dublin is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead GEO and SEO strategy for a complex enterprise client. You will guide day-to-day client delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape the future of AI-powered discovery across multiple channels.

You will manage technical audits, content opportunities, and performance reporting while developing a high-performing team in a hybrid Dublin setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience in agency or enterprise
• 1+ years of direct people management
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level accounts and complex workstreams
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, on-page/off-page optimization, and performance analysis
• Exposure to GEO / AEO / LLMO workflows preferred, including AI visibility or citation analysis
