KBS Corporate in Ireland is seeking a Corporate Business Sales Executive to drive outbound B2B calls with small business owners, building relationships and presenting opportunities to sell their business. You will work from our in-house CRM and target a results-driven environment.

Starting salary €30k-€35k with a realistic OTE of €45k and uncapped commissions; top performers can reach around €68k. The role offers a structured bonus, career progression, and a supportive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C) in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build and develop client relationships.
• Strong closing skills and ability to spot buying signals.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Self-motivated, professional, and a team player.
• Energetic with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients.
• Work from our in-house CRM system to manage outreach.
• Arrange appointments for Corporate Directors when interest is shown.
• Deliver high-quality service with empathy, diligence and speed.
