Job summary

Knightsbridge Commercial, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is expanding its remote Ireland sales team. You will engage small business owners through outbound B2B calls, building relationships and driving opportunities to discuss selling their business.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure on top of base salary and clear progression within a fast-growing organisation, with in-house training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound sales or telesales.
• Experience with B2B calls to small business owners.
• Based in the Republic of Ireland with ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients.
• Working from our comprehensive in-house CRM system.
• Arranging appointments for Corporate Directors when interest is shown.
• Deliver service with empathy, speed and professionalism.
