Job summary

Citco is seeking a senior Loan Operations professional to manage the rollout of global loan procedures and oversee daily workflows across client relationships. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate, timely delivery and supervise vendor relationships.

The role emphasizes month‑end close support, SLAs, and escalation handling, with leadership responsibilities and staff development to meet productivity targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Financial Services with a primary focus on Bank Loans.
• Product knowledge: Primary and Secondary Syndicated Bank Loans (Par and Distressed) as well as Total Return Swaps and Financing Facilities.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
• Significant management and leadership experience.
• Strong Client Relationship skills.
• Ability to learn new platforms and source information from numerous systems.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and to work in a deadline‑focused organization.
• Proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support rollout of global Loan procedures.
• Plan, schedule, and manage the daily Loan workflows of all client relationships.
• Charge of relationship management of Citco Loans Clients.
• Support month‑end close processes and review accuracy of month‑end packages/binders.
• Oversee loan‑related vendor relationships.
• Liaise with clients regarding SLAs and deadlines, ensuring delivery in an accurate and timely manner.
• Actively work with multiple departments across the firm to drive results and deliverables.
• Act as an escalation contact for clients.
• Develop, adhere and maintain targets concerning staffing: production and productivity.
• Ensure all staff are appropriately trained and conduct interviews and performance evaluations.
• Liaise and coordinate with Integration Team on onboarding of new loan clients.
• Escalate potential operational risks.
• Participate in and lead projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business.
• Participate in managerial functions.
• Any other functions required as part of the business of the Company.
