Job summary

Jobtailor in Dublin, Ireland seeks an experienced loan operations professional to manage and support the rollout of global loan procedures, and to plan daily workflows across client relationships. You will lead a team and ensure accurate month-end processes while maintaining SLAs and delivering with precision.

You will drive governance across departments, manage vendor relationships, and develop staff through coaching and performance reviews to support ongoing growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support rollout of global Loan procedures.
• Plan, schedule and manage the daily Loan workflows of all client relationships.
• Charge of relationship management of Citco Loans Clients.
• Support month-end close processes and review accuracy of month end packages/binders.
• Oversee loan-related vendor relationships.
• Liaise with clients regarding SLAs and deadlines, ensuring delivery in an accurate and timely manner.
• Actively work with multiple departments across the firm to drive results and deliverables.
• Act as an escalation contact for clients.
• Develop, adhere and maintain targets concerning staffing: production and productivity.
• Ensure all staff are appropriately trained and conduct interviews and performance evaluations.
• Liaise and coordinate with Integration Team on onboarding of new loan clients.
• Escalate potential operational risks.
• Participate in and lead projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business.
• Participate in managerial functions.
• Any other functions required as part of the business of the Company.

Requirements

• 4+ Years in Financial Services with a primary focus on Bank Loans.
• Product knowledge: Primary and Secondary Syndicated Bank Loans (Par and Distressed) as well as Total Return Swaps and Financing Facilities.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
• Significant management and leadership experience.
• Strong Client Relationship skills.
• Ability to learn new platforms and source information from numerous systems.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and to work in a deadline-focused organization.
• Proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry.
