Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Transformation Office professional to join the Private Assets transformation team in Dublin. You will partner with clients and internal teams to design target operating models and technology solutions that scale with evolving market dynamics.

As a core member, you will lead multi-disciplinary initiatives, manage requirements, and drive delivery while collaborating closely with business analysts and leadership.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of Private Assets industry experience.
  • Client-facing experience in financial services is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Private Assets, fund structures and asset operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to assess requirements and design target operating models and tech solutions.
  • Drive transformation initiatives across Private Assets to improve processes and platform capabilities.
  • Lead engagements by collaborating with clients and Citco teams to translate business needs into executable projects.
  • Define business requirements and support testing and sign-off for initiatives within your area.
  • Communicate benefits and risks of transformation to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business strategy.

About The Team & Business Line

Transformation Office strives to create a consistent ability to standardize and optimize our organization at all times. By bringing together subject matter expertise across process, platform and line of business, we provide clear direction and governance to change, positioning CFS to continually evolve & scale to the changing market dynamics, to our business demands and to our client needs.

As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients and internal business teams to assess client fund servicing requirements, identify operational challenges, and support design of target operating models and technology solutions best suited to meet client needs.
  • Support transformation initiatives across the Private Assets business, helping to drive process optimization, operational efficiency, and platform enhancement efforts.
  • Design & implement strategic client transformation engagements by actively collaborating with the client & the wider Citco business.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and deep product knowledge of Private Assets.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and broader project and business teams to define business requirements and support implementation activities.
  • Assist with business requirements’ sign-off, testing, and development sign-off for initiatives in your specialized area.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for transformation, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach translating business strategies and goals into executable projects.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the benefits and implications of transformation initiatives.
  • Support the execution of transformation projects by identifying risks, contribute to meetings and overall project reporting via the project manager.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry changes and technology advancements.
Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of Private Assets industry experience.
  • Professional Certificate, Bachelor, Master level degree.
  • Client facing experience in financial service industry essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Private Assets and private equity fund structures, fund types, and asset operations beneficial.
  • Familiarity with investment accounting rules and standards and regulatory reporting beneficial.
  • Understanding of operational workflows, fund administration processes, and investment servicing models beneficial.
  • Business development and client relationship management experience beneficial.
  • Experienced in leading business transformation initiatives beneficial.
  • Familiarity with FIS Investran beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into practical operational solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and contribute effectively across cross-functional teams.
