National Vehicle Distribution is seeking an experienced Workshop Support Coordinator to help manage day-to-day vehicle operations in a busy workshop environment. The role focuses on accurate status tracking, bookings, and timely responses to dealer queries, ensuring smooth vehicle throughput.

Ideal candidates will have coordination or Service Advisor backgrounds, strong organisational skills, and familiarity with PO processing and goods receipting within a dealership or OEM setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a coordination, Service Advisor, workshop support or automotive operations role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience with purchase orders, goods receipting or similar processes would be beneficial.
• Comfortable communicating with dealers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the daily vehicle-on-site status tracker.
• Record vehicle arrivals, departures, and status.
• Create and manage new vehicle bookings.
• Reschedule vehicles in response to dealer requests or operational requirements.
• Respond to dealer and vehicle-progress queries.
• Coordinate information between dealers and the internal operations team.
• Support purchase order processing and goods receipting.
• Prepare and issue regular operational reports.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records and ensure information is kept up to date.
• Support supervisors and management with operational information and reporting.
• Highlight discrepancies, delays or issues that may affect vehicle flow.
• Help ensure the day-to-day administration of the operation supports smooth and efficient vehicle throughput.
