Lookers Motor Group Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Executive for the Ireland Usedirect Dublin operation. This permanent, full-time role offers a €70,000 annual OTE and a structured rewards package.

You will represent a major brand, engage customers across multiple channels, and drive sales targets within a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, drive to hit targets, and a proactive approach.

Sales Executive – Ireland Usedirect Dublin

Contract type:Permanent, full-time
Salary: €70,000.00 Annual OTE
Working Hours:Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-5pm. Day off in week in lieu

We are recruiting for an ambitious and experienced New/Used Car Sales Executiveto join our hard-working and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a globally recognised brand right from the start and help establish Cadillac’s presence in the Irish market.

Joining our Sales Executives, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will report to the Sales Manager at the dealership who will help impact your knowledge and experience, allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
• Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
• Negotiating the final price for the sale
• Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and ambitious, with a drive to hit and exceed targets
• Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade preferred but not essential — we’re also open to new, fresh talent
