Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group in Dublin is seeking a Junior Trade Sales Administrator to support high-volume vehicle sales. The role is full-time, on-site at the Dublin area, with occasional travel and a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday, plus weekend work as needed.

You will assist with trade sales activities, manage fleet records, photos and details on the Trade Motors Website, and support the sales team with weekly email activity and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in car trade sales or similar retail environment is advantageous.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and basic IT tools for reporting and administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily trade sales activity from Dublin Airport and Cloghran.
• Manage vehicle fleet records, telematics devices, and website updates.
• Prospect new trade customers and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate collections and deliveries during busy periods as needed.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and support weekly stock checks.
