Job summary

MSL Motor Group seeks a creative Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our central marketing team. You will shape high‑quality video, photography and social content across dealer networks, with a focus on driving customer enquiries and leads.

The role requires hands‑on content production, paid social expertise, and the ability to maximise brand reach while maintaining brand standards. Daily travel to dealerships is involved; a full driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience in videography and photography with a strong portfolio.
Experience creating content for social media and digital campaigns.
Ability to analyse content and campaign performance to drive enquiries and leads.

Responsibilities

Plan, film, edit and publish high‑quality video, photography and social content.
Create drone footage where appropriate for dealership locations.
Manage Brand Ambassadors and partnerships; write captions and ad copy for reach and lead generation.
Plan organic and paid social campaigns and optimise campaigns for performance.
Ensure content aligns with brand tone and visual identity; contribute to dealership channels.
