Mercedes-Benz South Dublin is seeking a Showroom Host / Social Media Administrator (Star Assistant) to join our team in a vibrant, brand-led environment. You will manage social media platforms, create posts, present videos, and provide friendly customer reception and refreshments.

You will also handle switchboard, showroom traffic, and administrative support to Sales, Service and Parts, ensuring a clean, welcoming reception area and accurate reporting for the General Manager.

• Managing and updating social media platforms per MB brand guidelines.
• Creating posts for Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
• Presenting videos for social media platforms.

• Operating a busy switchboard and managing showroom traffic.
• Providing administrative support to Sales, Service and Parts.
• Ensuring reception area and lounge remain clean and presentable.

We are currently seeking a Showroom Host / Social Media Administrator (Star Assistant) to join our team.

Key Duties And Responsibilities To Include

• Managing and updating our various social media platforms in accordance with Mercedes-Benz guidelines.
• Creating social media posts for Instagram, Facebook and Twitter with MSL and Brand specific content.
• Taking part and presenting videos for social media platforms.
• Creating original content for social media channels.
• Meeting, greeting and assisting customers,
• Providing customers with refreshments, tea, coffee etc.
• Operating a busy switchboard.
• Monitoring and recording showroom traffic and incoming calls.
• Following up on customer enquiries and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Preparing and updating various reports for the General Manager.
• Providing administrative support to the Sales, Service and Parts Departments.
• Completing daily reception, sales and parts logs.
• Guaranteeing the Reception area, Customer Coffee Area and Lounge area, Children's play area and Kitchen are kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
• Supporting the ISO Quality Manager.
• Various ad-hoc duties.
