Job summary

Mercedes-Benz South Dublin, a premium dealership, seeks a Showroom Host / Social Media Administrator to blend warm reception duties with dynamic content creation for social channels. You’ll welcome customers, manage the switchboard, and support Sales, Service and Parts teams while also producing posts and videos.

The role suits a friendly, organised communicator who is comfortable on camera and in a showroom setting, with opportunities to grow within a premium brand environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in social media including Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Ability to understand, anticipate and meet customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and flexible, enthusiastic approach.
• Team player who works well with others.

Responsibilities

• Social media and content: Manage and update dealership social platforms; create posts for Instagram, Facebook and X; present videos for social media; create original content for channels.
• Customer experience and reception: Greet customers, assist in showroom, offer refreshments, operate switchboard, monitor showroom traffic and calls, follow up on enquiries and surveys, keep areas clean.
• Administration and reporting: Prepare and update reports for General Manager; support Sales, Service and Parts; complete daily logs; assist ISO Quality Manager; perform ad hoc duties.
