Job summary

MSL Motor Group in Ireland is seeking a creative Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our central marketing team. You will plan, film, edit and publish engaging video and photo content and manage paid social campaigns to drive inquiries and leads across Mercedes-Benz, smart, BYD, Škoda, and XPENG brands.

Based at MSL Head Office on Naas Road with daily travel to dealerships, you will work closely with Brand Managers to ensure content aligns with each brand’s tone and visual identity

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography and photography with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising; Meta Blueprint qualifications desirable.
• Able to analyse content and campaign performance with a focus on driving enquiries and leads.

Responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality videography, photography and graphic content for social and digital platforms.
• Capture in‑ showroom activity, vehicle walkarounds and showroom events.
• Film on‑site at dealerships and in local locations.
• Create drone footage to showcase dealership locations and brand presence.
• Write engaging captions and ad copy to maximise reach and enquiries.
• Assist with planning and execution of organic and paid social campaigns.
• Monitor performance across social platforms and report on KPIs.
