Job summary

Kylemore Cars is Ireland’s leading independent used car dealership with 800+ cars in stock. A Business Manager role has become available to develop consumer finance opportunities, deliver an excellent customer experience and support sales/finance performance.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Performance, you will work with the Sales team to offer suitable finance solutions, complete transactions efficiently, and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer finance or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on targets and opportunities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Regulatory compliance knowledge and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer finance journey from initial discussion to completion.
• Present and explain finance options, structures and ancillary products.
• Prepare finance quotations and support customer applications with providers.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities and improve finance penetration.
• Build strong relationships through clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Ensure accurate customer records and deal documentation per procedures.
• Monitor performance against targets and suggest finance process improvements.
• Maintain professionalism and regulatory compliance within delegated authority.
