HireIQ in Cork seeks an Audit Director to join a forward-thinking advisory firm driving growth with technology-led services. You will lead a portfolio of audit clients across Cork and Munster, manage key client relationships and collaborate with Partners on growth strategy and service development.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience managing audit portfolios and leading client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge across audit standards and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop audit teams.
• Commercially minded with an interest in practice growth and partner progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients across Cork and the Munster region.
• Act as a trusted adviser to business owners and finance leaders.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality audit assignments from planning to completion.
• Review audit files and advise on technical accounting matters.
• Lead, mentor and develop audit managers, seniors and trainees.
• Support growth and development of the Cork audit team.
