Role

We are looking for an ambitious Audit Associate Director to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a Senior Audit Manager with at least three years of experience looking to progress to the next level. You will take ownership of audit engagements, lead teams, drive innovation through technology, and play a key role in business development and client growth.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Ownership: Manage a diverse client portfolio, overseeing end-to-end audit engagements and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Technical & Technology Focus: Leverage audit technology, automation, and data analytics while ensuring compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and PCAOB standards.
• Business Development & Strategy: Identify growth opportunities, support tenders and proposals, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
• People Development & Culture: Mentor audit managers, foster collaboration and innovation, and drive audit quality improvements.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum three years as an Audit Senior Manager in a reputable firm.
• Strong technical expertise in audit methodologies and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple engagements, and deliver results.
• Technically strong, with experience using audit software, automation, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
