Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and oversee complex audit engagements.
• In-depth knowledge of Irish and UK accounting and auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage the Audit & Accounts team and drive performance reviews.
• Serve as the primary contact for a diverse portfolio and build long-term relationships.
• Oversee audits, financial statements, and tax filings to ensure compliance.
