Job summary

New Balance is seeking a capable retail associate to support day-to-day store operations and drive exceptional customer service. You will engage customers, learn NB product lines and technologies, and assist in training and guiding junior staff. A hands-on, team-oriented approach is essential.

You will help with scheduling, stock control and loss prevention while maintaining a positive brand experience for shoppers across our European stores.

Qualifications

• Team player with supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs and performance metrics.
• Strong customer service skills and product knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to processes.
• Able to perform basic maths and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyses store performance and makes adjustments to improve productivity.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and drives sales.
• Trains team on products, NB technologies, and seasonal offerings.
• Manages rota and scheduling in collaboration with store leadership.
• Supports recruitment, induction and development of staff.
• Assists in loss prevention and stock control.
