Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following company procedures.
• Support Store Management on store and back-of-house standards.
• Assist in training and coaching Associates.
• Aim to achieve personal KPIs and contribute to store performance.
• Deliver total customer satisfaction through the full customer journey.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards in store.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
• Contribute to a commercial store environment following company guidelines.
