Job summary

New Balance Athletic Shoes (UK) Limited in Ireland seeks friendly retail associates to engage, educate and entertain customers from entry to checkout. You will drive personal KPIs, maintain store standards, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while following policies and health/safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, basic maths ability, and flexible schedules to include weekends. Growth opportunities and staff benefits are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and upsell products.
• Comfort with basic maths and POS operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and flexible shifts.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties are required from the management team
