Qualifications

• Must have legal right to work in Ireland and a driving licence.
• A hands-on, calm approach during service.
• Understanding of food safety and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and customer experiences.
• Assist with onboarding and training new staff.
• Ensure food safety and HACCP standards are maintained.
• Support sales and customer engagement activities.

Skills

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in hospitality

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience with POS systems and basic IT
