Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager for The Samuel Hotel in Dublin. You will support the Restaurant Bar operations, lead the team, manage budgets and drive service standards across FB. Fluent English, strong leadership, and experience in hospitality are essential.

• Experience in a Restaurant management role in a 3/4 star hotel or restaurant.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager will support the successful running of the whole Food Beverage offering within the hotel.
