Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team in Ireland. You will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests, greet regulars by name, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

You’ll need previous experience and flexibility to cover mornings, evenings and weekends. Fluency in English and good communication are essential, with a preference for experience in high-volume hotels and Micros knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Served guests with food and beverage.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
