Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Parts Manager for an established company in Co. Roscommon. This onsite role focuses on supporting the Parts Manager, overseeing daily admin, warehousing and logistics, and developing a capable team across a nationwide dealer network.

You will build strong dealer and supplier relationships, monitor performance and drive improvements while ensuring high customer service standards and efficient stock control.

Qualifications

• Previous people management or supervisory experience, ideally within motor trade, automotive parts, distribution, warehousing or similar operational environment.
• Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate staff.

Responsibilities
