Menapia Motors is seeking an organised, motivated Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and drive its growth. This role suits a commercially minded professional who combines strong organisational skills with proactive sales and business development.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure parts availability for workshop and customers, and actively grow parts sales while developing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a motor industry Parts Department is essential.
• Previous experience as a Parts Manager, Senior Parts Advisor or experienced Parts professional.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and parts department operations.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage stock, orders and workloads effectively.
• Proven ability to drive sales and identify new business opportunities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth, profitability and customer retention.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence and initiative to approach new customers and develop business.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
• Positive, professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department, ensuring it runs efficiently and professionally.
• Drive parts sales and achieve agreed sales and profitability targets.

• Grow sales with existing customers through excellent service and regular engagement.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure the timely availability of parts for the workshop, retail customers and trade accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve margins and grow the customer base.
• Ensure the department is well organised, with accurate records and efficient processes.
• Work closely with the Aftersales Manager and Workshop team to support the overall performance of the business.
• Monitor departmental performance and take a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.

Parts Manager

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | OTE €50,000

Menapia Motors is looking for an organised, motivated and commercially minded Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and drive its continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts professional who can combine strong organisational skills and efficient stock management with a proactive approach to sales and business development.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring the smooth supply of parts to our workshop and customers, while actively growing parts sales, developing existing customer relationships and creating new business opportunities.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, understands the importance of customer service and is driven to achieve sales targets and improve the overall performance of the department.

Key Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience within a motor industry Parts Department is essential.
