Job summary

Weir & Sons is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support daily operations in our jewellery retail outlet. You will help staff on the sales floor, handle administrative duties and ensure outstanding customer service.

Key duties include staff coaching, training new team members, rostering support, stock inspection, handling escalated customer issues and contributing to P&L awareness. You will work with the Department Manager to drive sales and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years jewellery retail experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation.
• Proven leadership and initiative.
• Confident with high-end clientele.
• Organised and goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and staff support.
• Coach and develop sales associates.
