Job summary

Realta Associates in Dublin invites experienced Jewellery Supervisors and Assistant Managers to join a prestigious flagship store in the heart of the city. You will support leadership, oversee day-to-day operations, drive exceptional sales, and deliver a personalised client experience to our discerning luxury clients.

Ideal candidates will have proven jewellery sales, deep knowledge of diamonds, gemstones and precious metals, and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Join one of Ireland’s most prestigious luxury retailers, renowned for fine jewellery, exceptional timepieces, and an outstanding client experience.

We’re looking for experienced Jewellery Supervisors and Assistant Managers, as well as high-performing Senior Sales professionals ready to take the next step into leadership, to join a large and rapidly scaling flagship jewellery store in the heart of Dublin.

What You’ll Do

• Support the leadership and day-to-day running of the jewellery department.

• Lead by example on the floor, supporting and motivating the wider sales team.

About You

• Proven sales experience within fine jewellery.
• You may currently be a Senior Sales Advisor looking for your first leadership opportunity, or already working as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager and looking for a bigger challenge.
• Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones and precious metals.
• A strong track record of delivering against sales targets and building client relationships.
• Professional, polished and passionate about luxury retail.
• Ambitious and excited by the opportunity to develop within a growing business.
