Job summary

Weir & Sons, a luxury jewellery retailer in Dublin, is seeking an Aftersales Assistant to join the Customer Service Department at the Grafton Street store. The role combines office administration, sales and front-of-house customer service to support premium brand partners and valued clients.

The position offers a 37.5-hour week across Monday to Saturday with overtime paid for bank holidays and late trading as rostered.

Qualifications

• Previous office administration or customer service experience.
• Experience in jewellery or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong ability to read client demands and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• A mix of office administration, sales and front-of-house duties.
• Provide outstanding after-sales service to clients and brand partners.
• Rostered hours: Mon–Sat with potential overtime for bank holidays and late trading.
• Maintain organised records and handle customer inquiries with care.
