The role requires 3–4 years in front office or guest services with supervisory experience, strong leadership and Opera front office system knowledge. A proactive, guest-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in front office or guest services with at least 1 year supervising staff.
• Experience with hotel front office systems (Opera or similar).
• Strong leadership, communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and guest service processes.
• Lead and develop front office staff, manage scheduling and performance reviews.
• Ensure reservations, billing and room allocations are accurate and efficient.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments for a seamless guest journey.
• Address guest concerns promptly and drive service improvements.
